Change future projected occurrences when a recurring expense changes, or stop the schedule when you no longer expect it to continue.

Editing one occurrence, changing the future schedule and cancelling the schedule affect different parts of your projected activity.
Edit an occurrence when only one date is different
Edit this and future when the recurring terms have changed
Cancel the schedule when future occurrences should stop
Historical and confirmed activity should remain unchanged
STEP BY STEP
Find the recurring expense you want to change and open its schedule controls.
Choose Edit this and future when the amount, category, payment source or end date should change from a particular occurrence onward.
This is different from editing one occurrence. Changes to the schedule apply from the selected effective date onward while earlier activity remains unchanged.
Check the effective date and updated terms before applying the change. MoniTrak can then use the revised schedule for later projected occurrences.
Cancel the recurring schedule when you no longer expect future occurrences. Existing historical or confirmed activity remains separate from the cancelled forecast schedule.
Future projected occurrences will stop. Historical and confirmed activity remains unchanged.
Confirmed transactions remain in your financial activity.
Historical occurrences remain available as applicable.
New future projected occurrences stop.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT SCOPE
The action you choose determines how much of the recurring plan changes. This helps preserve historical activity while keeping future projections aligned with what you now expect.
Editing or cancelling a forecast schedule should not rewrite historical or already confirmed transaction activity.
